The assembly of the top cap cannot be tampered with, due to the inaccessibility of the bottom edge of the top cap.

The effectiveness of the resistance to leakage has been further enhanced by providing a superior unique sealing system. This unique system provides a better leakage resistance with dual sealing system, both on the inside and top surface with the bottle neck.

The Strong resistance to pullout of the Qtee Cap is a result of the combination of the holding of a well designed anchorage ring and the cap Body on to the glass neck.

The unique patented design of the threads of the cap makes a firm lock on the bottle & prevents the cap from becoming loose easily. Only a firm unscrewing action will open the cap. This feature will also help in providing greater assistance a better sealing.

Unique design of top cap: This is the only cap for NIP & PINT in which the top surface of the cap is clean devoid of any moulded injection point.
Larger Area: The larger area on the top face gives an opportunity to have clearer and larger printing or engraving options.
4 Colour Offset Printing with accurate registration gives intricate printing options. Also the machine has a facility of servo control which gives the possibility of a unique gradient printing feature.
