• Following the Policy of involvement Skytech Caps and Closures follows a well integrated Self Control system not only in its production process but also integrates the working of all the supporting operations.
• Self Control System is carried out by the production operator himself at a predetermined time frame in which he checks the Quality aspects of the product at that process as per the guidelines provided in the Self Control Sheet.
• This system creates the positive environment to continuously improve in all areas of working and with emphasis on preventive measures in all areas of working.
• To Ensure effectiveness of the system Skytech Caps and Closures conducts Self Audits on a regular basis and also strives to constantly improve it.

Statistical tools are used for conducting regular checks on process capabilities to ensure that all the processes of moulding, printing and assembly are in control.

Statistical analysis is also carried out on a regular basis on the data collected in the Audit checks on the critical parameters of the product.
