Patented design of tamper evidency gives colour highlight
On opening, the tamper evident ring breaks into 4 parts & separates from the body. This ring of 6mm separates from the body tube exposing an area which can be made from a different colour than that of the cap. This makes a strong visual impact of tamper evidency on the user highlighting that the cap has been opened.

Patented anchorage ring design has strong resistance to pull
out
Unique design of anchorage ring levers it downwards against the vertical pulling action & creates a wedge locking between the glass neck step & the side face of the cap preventing any forced removal. A step at the bottom of the anti rotation lugs behaves like a additional anchorage against the step created by anti rotation lugs of the bottle.
Glass ball valve gives strong resistance to refilling
The glass ball valve being heavy gives a strong non refillability feature to the closure.
Plastic valves have a density of less than one & hence can easily float in liquor which makes it less resistant to refilling.
Triple sealing ring design gives strong resistance to leakage
The triple groove type sealing ring made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) gives a extremely strong resistance to leakage with the glass bottle. This is the only closure in the market having a triple sealing ring design. This feature of the sealing ring can accommodate higher tolerance range of the glass bottle neck dimensions.
Single Piece design of pouring zone
The Pouring zone is manufactured in a single piece giving a strong rigidity to the closure. Being a integral part of the body tube the pouring area is also of High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE) which has the strongest migration resistance. Hence it will be most suitable as a closure for packaging of liqour.
